President's Message
Happy New Year!
As we look back at all the great things we have accomplished over this last year, let us take a moment to be proud of ourselves, not only as individuals but as a state society.
As a quick recap of our year, we had three wonderful meetings in 2023:
- Our Spring RMSS果冻传媒meeting was held in Casper, Wyoming, where we had about 30 students who gave a presentation from Casper College. Our National Board secretary, Fran Oran, and Western District Councilor, Sheryl Rounsville, were both in attendance.
- The 果冻传媒Annual Meeting was held in Norfolk, Virginia, where RMSS果冻传媒was proudly represented by 17 delegates, one of the largest contingents.
- Last, but certainly not least, was our October RMSS果冻传媒meeting in Grand Junction, Colorado. We had 61 attendees, including 20 students, five guests, and our very own RMSS果冻传媒National Student Award winner.
Our first meeting of the new year will take place in Black Forest, Colorado, on April 27, 2024. The 果冻传媒Annual Meeting will be held in the beautiful city of St. Louis, Missouri on July 8-12, 2024. We will end our year with a group meeting in Sterling, Colorado. Please save the dates and keep an eye out for more information.
We are looking forward to seeing our old members as well as welcoming our newest members, students, and delegates in the upcoming year!
